REGISTRATION INFO

We need to receive payments two weeks in advance of the membership start date. For example, if you are getting a membership starting August 1st then we need to receive
payment by July 15th. Please ensure you quote your membership number and your name as it appears on the card on all correspondence.

Ensure you keep your membership key tag card as you are not issued a new one. Upon renewal your membership is extended in Goodlife's computer system and you simply keep using
your existing key tag card.

You need to get your payment to us as we do not collect. The full payment is due in advance. Since GoodLife will only deal with the Account Representatives and will only accept
one cheque, we will require an Interac email money transfer.

If you require a receipt please request one but please only request one if absolutely necessary.

If you have never sent an Interac Email money transfer before, please see bottom of faq's for links to helpful instructions and then revisit below for details.

 

Interac Email Money Transfers

For an email money transfer please ask security question 'What is your dog's name?'. Answer 'Hugger'. The email address to use for the electronic payment is dan@engineergoodlife.ca

After you send an electronic payment please:

Send us a separate email with the following information so that we can contact you if there is a problem with the transfer:

a) Name (s)
b) Engineer (or Society) Number or if you are eligible staff, please indicate your company
c) Start date
d) Mailing address
e) Phone number
f) If you have an existing GoodLife membership, please include that number (see FAQ)



Current GoodLife Members (Joined at a GoodLife Club)

If you are currently a GoodLife member print this cancellation form. Fill out the form, scan it, and
e-mail it to dan@engineergoodlife.ca to cancel your bi-weekly deductions.
There is no cancellation fee because you are switching to this Key Account membership. If you have any questions there is a Member Experience phone # on the form to contact.

After you sign up, there is a welcome letter (french version) for you to print/view as well as a Key Account Registration form
which we email you once payment is confirmed. The Key Account Registration form is necessary to begin membership along with your key tagcard.
